Steve’s notes: This is the 6.5x14 BBC model prototype from the Craviotto/AK 20th snare drum series. To commemorate Johnnie’s 20 years, we made three different snare drum models in conjunction with Adrian Kirchler (the true master of metal shell drum production). Only 20 drums of each model were produced, and one prototype of each, which are in my possession. This drum is the prototype for the ‘brass, bronze, copper’ BBC model.
