Vintage 1952 / 1953 Leedy & Ludwig 12/15/20 Drum Set in Red Sparkle

For sale is a really cool Vintage 1952 / 1953 Leedy & Ludwig 12/15/20 Drum Set in Red Sparkle in great players shape. Wrap is tight and glossy with some scuffs and minor discoloring with the 15 being slightly darker of a fade. The three ply shells are in-round with original factory edges and original interior paint. A fair share of wear and oxidation on the mix of chrome and nickel hardware. The 12 has an original calf head on top with a black date stamp of 5308. The 15 is an add-on converted snare featuring hoop clip-on floor tom legs resulting in no extra holes and could be easily converted back to a snare if desired. It has a black date stamp of 5204 with an additional larger 5. The 20 has an original calf head on front with a neat hand painted design as well as 2 bolt plugged holes on each top side which may have been from mounting brackets. It also has a black date stamp of 5308 which matches the 12. Overall a sweet looking and sounding little kit!
