The Doom Wizard is a big old beast of a Big Muff. I am using the Widogast PCB from Effects Layouts, from his description: "inspired by the EHX Big Muff and based on the Dunwich Amplification Wizard. It adds an input cap selector rotary pushed by a MOSFET booster, followed by a mu-amp stage and BJT buffer pushing a bass control. All this goes into a Muff circuit with the first stage being another MOSFET gain stage. Bottom line: this thing rips." I agree! I've got another PCB ready to go.
- 12 position input cap selector gives you tons of control on how much low end makes its way into the circuit
- 2-Band EQ with active bass control
- All the muff-y goodness you could want
- Hand stamped lettering "Hi, Logain!"
- Top jacks
- Solid Aluminum knobs
- 9v center negative power supply required (not included)
