This is a Mayer mouthpiece for alto saxophone. This is a medium facing, small chamber mouthpiece with NEW YORK engraving, which is very popular as a vintage mouthpiece. The small chamber gives a sense of density and speed, and it seems to be a good match for the modern music scene. There is a slightly deeper teeth mark on the beak, so it may be better to use a mouthpiece patch.
