Rogers 22/20/12/13/16/5x14" VIDEO 60's Holiday Drum Set - Silver Sparkle Brockstein's Music

See the video. Here's an excellent set of 60's Rogers drums finished in their original silver sparkle wrap! These are sized 14x22", 14x20", 8x12", 9x13", and 16x16" with a matching 5x14" Powertone snare drum. A double tom stand is included. Many vintage 60's drums had a drum shop badge, usually a sticker, in addition to their factory badge. These drums came from Brockstein's Music in Houston, Texas and have more than a sticker, but a badge of their own on each drum! All of these drums are Dayton, OH era with the exception of the 9x13" and 16x16", which have Fullerton, CA paper tags. These drums are all in excellent condition with their original Rogers heads!
Steve’s notes: I love this set. I did a video on it back when I first got it a few years back. I actually had not intended to sell it, but let’s face it, drums are created to make music, and since I have too many sets, it’s time for this one to get back up on stage! The set was ordered exactly as you see it here, with a 14x20 and a 14x22. Maybe the original owner was a Ginger Baker fan; silver sparkle and a 20 and a 22. Of course, the Brockstein Music badges make it extra special; Herb had a music store and went on to become the founder of Promark drum sticks. The set sounds fantastic as you’ll see in the video. (Excuse the sometimes shaky camera work, but the sound is the key). And, original batter heads with extremely little playing time. BY THE WAY: Since I had originally intended to keep this set I acquired a perfectly matching original wood Dynasonic 5x14 snare drum to go with it (no Brockstein badge on the dyna since I acquired it separately). If you want the dyna as well, let us know. Price here includes the Powertone but does NOT include the dyna.
