Sunn Enforcer with original footswitch

The Sunn Enforcer. Very limited run of 150 pieces (see article in photo #12) is a two channel 100 or 60 watt (switchable on front panel. 4-6L6GC tube powered amp with 4-12ax7 preamp tubes. According to Sunn, channel A&B differ in how the tone controls saturate your guitars signal. Preamp drive and master levels on each channel. Presence and reverb are common to both channels. Line level patch loop and line level out add to its modern versatility. This amp is comparable to Hiwatt and Orange amps. 500 volts to the New quad of JJ's via an ultra linear output transformer. You won't find bigger transformers than the Enforcer has for a 4 output tube section. Amp was checked out by Dave's sound, Whippany, NJ 5/19/2025. All electrolytics were changed, new output tubes biased, one new 12ax7 and a couple of questionable resistors. If you play punk, hard rock, metal or heavy metal this amp should be your weapon of choice. Honestly would also make a great bass amp. This head was built before Fender bought Sunn in 1985. This amp is ready for another lifetime of musical service. I am retired and selling all my loved musical gear. I have priced the amp to sell. ******Found original Sunn foot switch on 5-31-25 and added to listing with photo. With the work recently done at Dave’s sound shop plus the new tubes and original footswitch added it is in very good+ to excellent condition and has been relisted. 1750.00 is lowest price it will go and is effective thru 4th of July.
