This Floyd Rose surface mount has never been used and has remained in the box since purchase. All the parts are there but there is on missing stick on pad that attaches to the guitar as padding. They are available from Floyd for 50 cents I think. Other than that the instructions on the site are great for installation and would recommend following those.
