This is a 1964 Gretsch Corvette with a new TV Jones pick up. When I bought the guitar, the original humbucker pickup had been modified to be a single coil and was unusable. The finish is beautiful! The natural cracking of the lacquer finish is amazing from being 61 years old. The tuners are not original, but the locking tuners are great and hold the tuning.

The neck feels great and resonates with the guitar helping it sustain notes that are fretted or played with a slide. It is very lightweight with a great balance and it does not have that “Gibson headstock dive" issues.

It comes with the original Gretsch case.
