Lectrosonics M2T Transmitter IEM In Ear Monitors with FREE MR2 receiver pack

Transmitter in very nice condition and works wonderfully.

The receiver pack has an FPGA BOOT FAILED prompt. You can back out of it, and still use the menu and control all of the parameters and functions, but I have not been able to get sound out of it.

NOW! We are a pawn shop, so I may have been hooking up wrong...it's possible.

I plugged a mic into a PA, and hooked the channel of the transmitter to the main out on the PA with a standard guitar cable...not a stereo cable, (didn't have one).

But it was sending the signal to the Transmitter and I could plug headphones into the front of the Transmitter and hear perfectly.

But no sound when plugged into the Receiver.

I received these messages from Lectrosonics customer support:

Unfortunately, and I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but an FPGA boot failure is a fatal error with those units.  The FPGA is a chip in the units which controls many of their functions and would need to be replaced at the factory to repair the fault.  Some units we do have replacement parts for, but if this is an original M2R receiver - not an M2Ra designated unit – we no longer have the necessary boards to repair them.  What we do for an M2R is offer a discounted exchange for a new M2Ra at $1134.00

The FPGA boot failure can be intermittent to begin with and oftentimes will go away on its own or with power cycling the unit.  It could stay the way it is now or get worse over time.  There is no way to tell

I'm just selling the Transmitter. I will include the Receiver pack, and if you want to mess with it and try to get it up and running, go for it. Or throw it away or use for a sci-fi movie prop or whatever ya like.

Transmitter is solid and good to go!

Comes with the pictured case, power cable, and dual 1/4" to 1/8" cable.
