The Allen Encore is an amazing black-panel voiced amplifier with a few extra tricks up its sleeve! Boasting high quality components, this amp came as a kit and was hand wired quite spectacularly by the original owner (pics included). The addition of a master volume makes it a little more bedroom/studio friendly, and the raw control (which functions as a mid-gain boost) opens up the amp early up and gives the amp some ripping overdrive tones. The reverb and tremolo outpace many newer Fender amps, and the addition of a tone control for the reverb helps dial out unwanted top end for a smooth ambience.
