Waldorf Iridium Custom Solid Walnut Wood Sides

Here are some warm new sides for your Waldorf Iridium made from solid walnut. Your Iridium is an awesome sounding synth but in my opinion has the ugliest side cheeks I've ever seen. They are pale and inserted into the sides of the synth, and recessed within the synth. It looks like the synth is not finished or they forgot something in the assembly process.

Installation: The original Iridium sides are painted particle board and are held in place with double-sided tape. They can be easily gently pried out and you can save them if you ever want to go back to the original look. If you look carefully at the photos, I've built not only the walnut external sides, but replacement inner cheeks that the walnut sides are attached to. Just slide them in with double-sided tape attached and they are installed. I'd recommend a strong tape such as Gorilla mounting tape. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
