This is a ¼” Reel To Reel Mastering Deck for recording studios and radio stations.

The deck was just completely gone through by a tape deck specialist/tech. Bias & recording/playback levels gone through & adjusted (Ampex 456 tape), Reel size functionality tested, tape path/azimuth tested, heads checked, EVERYTHING! We spent the money for the Tech to be sure that what one is buying here is fully “turnkey” & ready to be PRESSED INTO SERVICE!

All lights/LEDs present & working, tape counter, EVERYTHING!

I have a full recording studio here including Otari MTR12 & full 2 Inch 24 Track recorders so we know what is expected from a deck like this.

The deck comes with a power cord.

The deck comes with the two reel adapters.

If one needs, I can provide a take up reel of both sizes (7.5” / 10”). You just have to ask!.

I can provide .PDF files of the manuals I have for the deck along with the sale (will email them).

The deck can be used for home entertainment systems as well. An excellent archiving unit!

To obtain the slower speed (3 ¾ IPS) There is a switch inside the deck that one has to access to turn the machine into the slower speeds mode.
