This fuzz pays homage to the old, big, Colorsound one knob Fuzz Box. I always loved the blue versions of those pedals so I went with this sparkly, royal blue; complete with one giant knob like the original.
Inside, I sort of recreated the Colorsound version both in parts, and layout. It uses BC108C/BC109C transistors, carbon film resistors, Vishay and Xicon capacitors on vintage style phenolic board, Alpha 24mm pot, UK Cliff jacks and a Gorva footswitch.
As intended, it pumps out gargantuan fuzz tones, beefy enough for even the doomiest. But with your guitar volume, many shades of dirt can be had, to suit any playing style or genre. It even cleans up a bit towards the end of the sweep. Feel free to holler with any questions!
