Slimming my studio down a bit and selling my favorite of all my mics, the legendary U47. I have the original tag and box but had custom leather box built just for this mic with the Neumann badge on it.
VF14 tube. M7 capsule which has been reskinned by Thiersch Elektroakustik in 2022.
I have a sample recording available with nothing on it (no comp etc) if you want to hear the character of the mic.
It's got a great sound and all the harmonics that give it that magic.
I've taken excellent care of it, had it serviced by VK who reseated the VF14 and did normal maintenance on it.
