* I do not offer partial refunds for any reason. Given the abuse of return policies and parts being removed or items being used and returned there are NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING the claim will be handled by Reverb Safe Shipping. If you simply changed your mind after purchase and item has been shipped there is a 15% restocking fee.
* Pedals are tested before being sold and as described in the listing. The buyer should understand signal chain and pedal order. Pedals will interact differently in various combinations.
If a pedal, part or guitar is returned and tests good there is a 15% restocking and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
