Fully functioning, rare, vintage low-boy 10" hi hats. These hi-hats kept time for a very long time. They work just like they're supposed to. Possibly homemade or produced my a small drum manufacturer. There were lots of them in the day.
I wouldn't get rid of your DW 9000 Series hi-hat just yet. Great vintage piece for collectors or "Trad-Jazz" enthusiasts.
