Vintage 1950s-60s Rogers Holiday Blue Sparkle Drum Kit – 22/13/16 – Cleveland, OH

Up for sale is a vintage Rogers Holiday drum kit from the 1950s-60s, featuring a Blue Sparkle Pearl finish. This set includes:

• 22” bass drum

• 13” rack tom

• 16” floor tom

Details & Features:

• Shells: All-maple shells wrapped in factory original Blue Sparkle laminate. The interiors are factory-sealed with Rogers’ signature light grey “granitone” paint.

• Hardware: Equipped with original Rogers bread loaf lugs, Bow Tie T-rods & claws, and a solid maple bass drum hoop (one hoop included).

• Badging & Markings: Features a Rogers script badge on the bass drum and engraved “Rogers” markings on the Swivomatic tom mounting collet plates.

• Mounting & Spurs: Includes two Swivomatic bass drum spurs & brackets, a Swivomatic tom mounting plate, and a rare Rogers cymbal arm.

• Serial Numbers & Labels: Each drum has its original paper label inside:

• Bass Drum & 13” Tom: #21708

• 16” Floor Tom: #25733

• All labeled Cleveland, Ohio (see photos).

Condition:

This kit is in very good vintage condition with mostly original parts.

• The Blue Sparkle wrap is well-preserved, showing only minor wear and light scratches, particularly on the bass drum hoop.

• Chrome hardware is in great shape with minimal oxidation—could benefit from a polish.

• Heads are older and may need replacing.

• Floor tom is missing its tension rods and hex legs.

• Bass drum is missing one hoop (see photos).
