Super Classic 10” diameter / 9” deep rack tom in great shape for its age. Shell has been refinished with a satin black lacquer; wood grain is slightly visible but difficult to see in the photos. Finish is in good shape with a few minor scuffs. Some discoloration visible in the shell interior.
All original Ludwig hardware except aftermarket chrome vent user to reattach the badge. Tube mount in excellent working condition. Large classic lugs have pitting consistent with age, with three showing corner burns (see pics) and missing 3 lug screws. Hoops also show some pitting and rust spots. All hardware has been cleaned and treated with anti-corrosive.
Overall solid player-quality drum, a rare find in its size and condition.
