Fender American Professional II GT11 Stratocaster - Sweetwater Exclusive 2024 - Sonic Blue

This guitar is essentially brand new. I have played it literally once in our living room and otherwise it has been in its case. Purchased in November 2024. Bought it thinking I would have more time to play but then we had a baby and many things in our routine changed.

The plastic is still on the pickguard. I had a backplate and new neck plate professionally added. The original American Professional II neck plate is included in the original hardshell case. This guitar is in new/mint condition.

This Strat is a Custom Shop spec guitar for about half the price. Sweetwater designed the version of the GT11 (Grand Touring) to bring Custom Shop specs into the more affordable American Professional II line.

This Strat has a lightweight alder body, ’60s oval “C” roasted maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. With the exclusive upgraded 6-point tremolo with a cold-rolled steel block to the string-tree-less headstock and the ultra-playable 11-inch fingerboard radius, the Fender American Professional II GT11 Stratocaster retains the eminently modern feel and performance of Sweetwater’s Fender Custom Shop GT11 models.

The American Professional II GT11 Stratocaster comes with a trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat ’60s pickups to capture the warm lows, rich midrange, and mellow highs made famous by iconic blues and rock guitarists from the early 1960s.

Includes the original hardshell case, case candy, certificate of authenticity, and tremolo bar.
