This pickup was replaced before even being really used in the guitar! A buddy bought a guitar and a new P90 to be installed along with it. As soon as I could, I swapped them out for him. Pickup works as intended. Not certain I even see any marks on this thing. Extremely clean. Plenty of lead - 12".

Scatter wound pickup with de-gaussed Alnico 5 bar magnets. A fatter P-90 tone with smoother treble. Great for fat clean tone or harder driving rock with more grind.
Single conductor, braided shield lead wire. The classic raw single-coil sound.
These models carry on the raw sound of early rock, jazz and electric blues with two high quality Alnico 5 magnets.
Position : Neck
Resistance : 7.1K < Factory standard. My meter measured at 7.0-7.1K - so this is dead on!
