I bought this pedal off of a guy that regularly builds and sells pedals on Reverb. Probably better built than you will find in most factory builds.

Don't be freaked out because it's a hand-built clone. I didn't build this pedal, but I've built multiple BYOC pedals in the past --- and from my experience --- you can tell that BYOC is/was the best-of-the-best in terms of clone kits. In my experience they are an EXACT clone of the orig. Sound/tone is the same as the orig. Effectively, you're buying the original Boss pedal... (but WAY cheaper in the case of the Keeley Phat Mod!).

Pedal works like brand new. Sounds great!

NOTE: The Keeley Phat Mod kit was purchased from BYOC after I bought the pedal. I never installed it. It is still in the unsealed package I got from Keith at BYOC.
