AMPEG Portaflex PF-800 amp & PF210HE speaker cab - Flip-top Style Set

Offered in this listing is a matched Ampeg PF-800 amp and PF-210HE speaker combo.
The set is in excellent near mint condition throughout, comes with power and speaker cable, the full set of paperwork including the manual and the optionally mountable 4 pc. caster set in an Ampeg bag.
It sets up like the old vintage AMPEG fliptop combos, this one as well has the flip lid that has the amp mounted to it. It lets the amp vanish in the cab or has it sitting on top when flipping the lid around. 4 clamps hold the lid securely in place either way.

The Ampeg PF-800 amp head packs a bunch of functionality into a compact amp design. Not only does it pump out 800 watts at 4 ohms, but you also get tone controls, an effects loop, an onboard limiter, and a -15dB input pad. So for a very small amp, you've got all the control you need to craft epic bass tones. Thanks to the smart, compact design, the PF-800 head itself weighs in at 11.8 lbs.! As part of the famed Portaflex series, this amp can be mounted in a Portaflex series cabinet in true flip-top fashion. Yes, you can hide the amp away in the cab just as you could with the vintage B15. The tone is big, but the form factor is extremely compact and convenient.

It is perfectly matched with Ampeg's PF-210HE cab rated at 450W at 8 Ohm, the two 10" Eminence in addition to an adjustable horn driver put out plenty of low end, rated from 37Hz to 117KHz.

The cab itself weighs in at 48 lbs. and measures 23Hx21Wx14D. As a combo with cables the set offered here weighs around 60 lbs. .
