The RARE Mirage/Iceman was a joint design venture between Ibanez and Greco in the mid 1970s. The Mirage/Iceman is the same guitar made in the same factory (Fujigen) since the 70s, the only difference being the distribution rights in different countries resulting in different model names. This one is probably a neck through order made 1979 model in beautiful Red finish, brass nut loaded with vintage DiMarzio "PAF" style humbuckers. The bridge has been replaced with vintage Greco GO-style tremolo. A toggle switch has been added to coil split the bridge humbucker. It looks, handles and sounds great. The the pickups sound incredible when driven and unlimited sustain. I have not seen another Mirage like this one. Don't miss the opportunity to own a rare piece of history.

The guitar has scratches, bumps and other signs of use. Hardware has patina. Neck pickup ring has a crack. Frets are in very good shape. Overall in very good playing condition for 46-year old guitar. Please refer to photos.
