















This is a high quality instrument in excellent condition, not a mark on it, with the notable exception of some discoloration around the logo / tuning pegs. The quality of the wood and the detailing is exquisite. Listing includes original hard case which shows some exterior wear.
Tacoma M-3 mandolins have been manufactured in Tacoma, Washington between 1998 and 2008. The M series mandolins from Tacoma are known for their unique offset soundholes and modified F-style shape.

- Back and sides: Solid flamed maple
- Neck: Curly maple with a radiused fingerboard and jumbo frets
- Body and neck binding: Ivoroid
- Fingerboard: Ebony with abalone dot inlay

Design:
- Modified F-style shape with single cutaway
- Uniquely shaped and placed offset sound holes in the upper bass bout
- Not a traditional "A" or "F" style, but rather Tacoma's own design
We have had the instrument reviewed to confirm the quality and condition . The expert confirmed that the slight discoloration on the head does not effect the playability or value of this excellent instrument. The discoloration appears to be a defect in the lacquer.
