This driver does have some cosmetic scuffs and corrosion, but the internals of the driver are working. We thoroughly test every used driver we sell. If, for whatever reason, there is a problem with this driver we missed during testing, we will work with the buyer on finding a reasonable solution.
The HF4000 compression driver, available in either 8 or 16 ohms, is considered by many to be the finest compression driver on the market. Offering wide bandwidth with very low distortion, the HF4000 produces an exceptionally clean sound over a usable frequency response of 500 to 15,000 Hz. Applications include sound reinforcement, disco systems, stage monitors and studio monitors in which clean, clear, non-fatiguing sound is required.
