There is some checkering that has occurred on the front and back. This is common with this guitar due to the very light cellulose coating applied. I have had this checked out by a local luthier and he has confirmed it is all superficial and consistent with the clear coating process. Sound is not affect and checkering can only been seen in cetitan light/ angle.
