This sampler is in really good condition. I tested everything I could, including the disc drive. The drive responded and I was able to format a disc which is included. I think the backlight is working, I showed pictures of it in the dark. These samplers are cool because of the low bit rate, you can get some grungy, dirty, crunchy low-fi sounds if you like. Or, you can increase the sample rate for really realistic samples.
