The S1 from the Swedish manufacturer Cwejman is a compact, semi-modular, fully analogue synthesizer. Its small size initially belies its complexity and its "big" and very elegant sound. Thanks to modern circuitry, this synth is not just another copy of a vintage synthesizer. We are amazed at what just two or three knob movements can do! A sound monster that is currently one of the best, if not the best, synthesizer on the market.
Three versatile VCOs with sync, FM, portamento and 7 waveforms somewhere between sawtooth and square; ring modulator, two brilliant resonance filters (low-pass and multimode); two crisp invertible ADSR envelopes with delay; LFO with 5 waveforms, audio input; master CV section with controls for modulation intensity, glide, transposition and fine tune. Two separate mixers allow you to determine which sound components are fed to which filter, MIDI CV interface; CV/gate output, almost all parameters patchable.
