Here we have a nice vintage 1965 Gibson ES-125TDC. This cherry sunburst hollowbody electric is in very good condition.

Features include a maple body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. It is a thinline guitar with a single sharp cutaway, trapeze tailpiece, and wooden bridge. It's loaded with a set of P-90 pickups. It's serialized 361269 on the back of the headstock. The interior model stamp has faded.

This one appears to be all original and in very good shape. The pickguard shows a little wear and signs of offgassing. The frets show a touch of wear down low but play just fine. The guitar has light dings and scratches over its surface but no major playing damage. The back of the headstock shows one spot where the finish is sanded through. Most likely something like an old school strap hook was attached here and removed. Beyond this, the color is vibrant and the guitar looks great.

The guitar weighs 5lbs 12oz. The neck measures .840 to .995 at the 1st and 9th frets. It has a modern C neck that is full with a medium shoulder. This year also features a narrower nut width. The guitar has a big acoustic sound with a warm, round bass and sparkly top end. The pickups are bold and dynamic, opening up when you dig into the strings. Overall a fun and accessible vintage guitar!
