Oberheim Matrix-1000 "matched pair" w/Kiwi-1000 upgrades and programmer RARE!!!

Up for grabs is a pair of Oberheim Matrix 1000 modules, both upgraded with the now-discontinued KiwiTechnics Kiwi-1000 v1.52 (the last supported version of the upgrade). Units will ship in a Gator 2U rack case.

Also included is a KiwiTechnics Patch Editor (also discontinued).

The upgrade modules have consecutive serial numbers, and the Oberheims have relatively close serial numbers. Because both units were meticulously serviced before the upgrades were installed, I have always considered these a "matched" pair. They are currently loaded with identical patch sets (2000 editable patches per unit!).

Matrix 1000 synths are mono-only: I used the pair to provide a lush stereo field by slightly detuning one unit and panning them hard-left/hard-right.

Servicing and upgrades were performed simultaneously by The Analog Lab.

Also included is a CD with all the firmware and documentation files that KiwiTechnics would give to me for both products. Please note that there is a version 1.60 of the Kiwi-1000 firmware, but I have been hesitant to use it because the product is now not supported.

Everything works perfectly, and the synths sound awesome. There are absolutely no issues - these synths are as rock solid as they come and work flawlessly. The only reason I am selling is because I have sampled all of my analog synths and don't use/gig them anymore.

Of course these will be professionally packed and shipped fully insured.
