Super-rare ORIGINAL Newburgh, NY USA-built Steinberger Blue GM4T. All of the amazing restoration work was done by Jeff Babicz, who was the former head of production at the Newburgh, NY factory where this guitar was built. Jeff mirror-polished the frets, and he serviced the electronics. Jeff completely rebuilt the TransTrem with new bearings and spring and burnished the roller saddles, so the TT tremolo now transposes correctly and returns to zero accurately. Best tremolo on Earth, ar none.
The GM4T guitars were the most popular model of its time, but the number of clean ones left is rapidly dwindling. Most were built in black or white, so finding a beautiful blue example is extremely difficult at best. One-piece carbon-fiber neck and fully re-built TransTrem. Near-mint and stunning. A great playing and performing instrument and a solid investment. If you've never owned one, you just don't understand.
This Steinberger GM4T guitar will ship in a new HeadlessUSA HARD CASE with a padded gig-bag AND original Steinberger gig bag AND original Steinberger strap. Questions? Please ask.
