Alvarez KAZUO YAIRI 12 string acoustic Guitar 1973 w/case

This is handmade 1973 Alvarez 12 string by the famous Kazuo Yairi . This fast, thin neck, 12 string has very low action, plays beautiful. I'm a blues player and had no playing issues with it. Loved the low action! There are a few nicks on the body, but very minor. There is also some fading with the clear coat finish along the back inlay and headstock shown in pics. Not sure what caused this. I bought it like this. This is a players guitar that is 51 years old with non-original hard-shell case. I just don't play it enough to keep. I made new rule that if I don't use something within a year? Time to pass it on to someone that will appreciate and use it. Thanks for looking. Priced to sell....
