A super clean refinished 1951 Fender Telecaster boasting a host of era-correct and modern updates including a replaced Rio Grande neck PU, a non-original but era-correct bridge PU, era-correct electronics with modern wiring (the pot codes have been soldered over,) a replaced pickguard, replaced tuners with some reaming, a new nut, and new frets for a more updated feel. Although this is far from a stock example, the heart and soul of this early Tele is intact, it sounds fabulous with tons of vintage vibe and plays like a dream with a super cozy soft-V profile. A killer "Players Grade" vintage Telecaster! Includes original Thermometer case.
