NOTE: some of the early MD421 mic clip channels are a fraction of a micrometer narrower than all the rest (thickness of a hair). If the fit is a little tight simply run a Dremel blade against the inner groove that slides into the mic. If you and me your model I can do it for you but you only need to shave off the thickness of a hair to make it slide in easier.
