Vintage 1970-73 Fender Jazz Bass 3-Ply White Pickguard
Original white 3-ply pickguard off a 1972 Fender Jazz Bass. Correct for Jazz Basses made circa late 1969 up thru 1973. Shows wear and patina from age and use. There are two small hairline cracks coming off 2 of the screw holes, and the area under the E string has some natural wear (see all pics). Typical screwdriver wear by the truss rod adjustment area. White pickguards normally only came on custom color basses in the 1960s & ‘70s, so these don’t come up too often. Grab it while you can!
