Mint Selmer USA Omega (model 164) Tenor in Rare silver plate w/ premium overhaul!
These vintage Selmer USA Omegas are known are absolutely sleeper horns that were made in the 1980’s-90’s to compete with Selmer Paris. They’re also known as the American Selmer mark vi. This particular horn is near flawless and comes with a fresh premium, Mike Hammer overhaul! ($1200). Plays like a dream from top to bottom with tons of power and color. Most manufacturers today are just not making horns like this anymore and this beautiful player will probably lynlast several lifetimes. Just stunning condition in beautiful silver plate. These became pretty popular in the 80’s as the go to horn for guys that didn’t want to bring their vi’s to the gig in an a lot of players never went back. Not too often that you will find one in silver, yet alone this condition. This one’s gonna go fast so don’t wait! Comes in a new protec case.
