2005 GIBSON USA SJ-200 CUSTOM SHOP LINITED EDITION HISTORIC COLLECTION SUPER JUMBO ACOUSTIC GUITAR WITH DUAL SOURCE PICKUP. This is an absolutely beautiful guitar however it supposedly needs a bit of nut/saddle work, or possible fret work. When played, it has some buzz in the higher strings. The E string doesn't ring above the 9th fret, and the b and g strings are only slightly better. The action seems very low. According to someone who looked at this, the saddle would have to be 6/64 higher than current to get correct string clearance at 12th fret. We aren't techs in any sense of the word, and are going off what a customer has told us. Because of the nature, we're selling it as-is for much less than normal. Other than this, It has some minor surface wear on the pick guard that you can see in the photos, but nothing major at all and otherwise is in great condition! The case has some small nicks and surface marks, but is overall in good condition. This guitar is a rare example of the historic collection with a beautifully flamed Maple back & sides with the traditional scalloped X braced Spruce top. It comes with a dual source pickup installed. It comes with everything shown. These are normally $4500+ on the used market.
