A rare bird from the mid/late ‘60s. 24 ½” scale, 22 frets, 37mm string spread at the nut. True hollowbody; just a fat peg under the bridge. Zero fret. “Humbuckers” are actually single-coils, 5.46K neck, 8.34K bridge. Bridge pickup had been gutted so I installed a p/up from a Yamaha strat in the original housing. New nut, jack, switch, and locking roller bridge (pinned to the top). Tort guard is handmade (original 3-ply b/w/b guard will be included.) Two holes in the top from the original bridge are covered with tiny brads painted red. New whammy from GFS. No visible fret wear, straight neck, working truss rod. Original tuners are super-smooth. A really cool sounding and playing hollowbody with that unmistakable MIJ vibe!
