Up for grabs is this 24 POUND PAIR of field coil tweeters. This is for TWO pieces.

.....Get comfortable, this is gonna' be a long one...

These two were fabricated at PMR in Ohio with all OEM/ AMERICAN made components. There are no after market, replacement, import, or Chyna junk in these.

Fellas', even if you don't buy from me- BUY AMERICAN made!

These two tweeters are a same size electro magnetic assembly as compared to the other 8 and 15" woofer/mid-bass/midranges I have listed as well.. Now, I can provide a full THREE way FC speaker set. These things are over twelve pounds each.

The pots were dis-assembled, cleaned, and then shot with that orange cream color. That's the basis of these builds.

Field coil DCR is 250 Ohms, and the bucking coils are .2 Ohms.. Impedance is 8 ohms. DCR is right around 6.5 Ohms.Keep the crossover point at 800hz and higher at a 12dB slope, and you can run these in 200 watt systems

Each coil has it's own set of 4 tab terminals on the rear, so you can wire/run these as you see fit. if you don't need the bucking coils, or are running straight DC voltage, you might not want the bucking coils in series with your voice coils.

The stands are a plexiglass material, so they will simply sit on top of your current enclosures.

There's a slight upwards tilt for improved dispersion.

Now, as far as sound quality, these are superb. With an airy, delicate, fast, and detailed presentation, they really add the sibilance needed to add to the usual 8 or 12" wide range FC speaker.

These use a phenolic diaphragm, and are light weight, but stiff and rigid and they don't have the "Ice-Pick" tonality I hear on most any other FC tweeter. It's a 1 1/2" diameter voice coil, and is a flat wire variety. Although the coils themselves are 32 ohms, I am running an 8 ohm power resistor in parallel with them, so when you do the math, you come up with 6.5 Ohms.

This is also integrated to provide a little attenuation to the tweeters, as they are more efficient, and that power resistor helps knock down the output, and give you an 8 ohm load. I made one end of the resistor terminals a quick dis-connect spade connection, so you can easily dis-connect/ re-connect it into the circuit, so if you need a higher 16-32 Ohm load topology, you get that as well....

* Ran under diagnostics and operate just peachy!

I know how hard it is to buy stuff off of the internet, but I'm confident enough that you'll LOVE this pair, that I'll include my 15 day " NO GAMBLE" return option from delivery date (((less customer damage))) if for ANY REASON you don't like what you just bought..

I'll insure them for full value, I'll run them AGAIN immediately before packaging, and I'll guarantee no DOA's.

So, if you've been looking for a way to add upper midrange and high end to your FC system, then here ya' go!

ANY questions or concerns, just ask.

THANKS GUYS!
