Selling 1 API 3124 Microphone Preamplifier that has been modded by audio guru Steven Hasselton (Mastering Lab and designer of the Mastering Lab mic pre)Magnetika 08 Once transformers were placed on the audio side making them lighting fast especially for drums the Power transformer was taken out and placed in a nice aluminum case with fuse to make them quiter than they already are with about six feet of cable to distance them from the 3124s.and the transformers and Mods were expensive which is why im asking a little more.I promise you've never heard any 3124 like this one for sure.
The unit has been very well taken care of and has spent it's whole life in a private smoke free recording studio .
It is In excellent cosmetic condition with some minor wear around the edges and rack ears. Like I said Im only selling one unit But I also have a matching pair If anyone is interested thx!
