Altec 1566A Preamp with Peerless 4722 microphone and 15095 line transformers. Everything works just as it should and it sounds great. Please see the pictures for the cosmetic and electronic details. All of the electrolytic filter capacitors, coupling capacitors and bypass capacitors have been replaced. The tubes are older 1960's 7025's (higher quality version of a 12AX7). It is wired for microphone use with Switchcraft XLR connectors on pigtails. I can wire it differently if you want. The 120VAC input wiring was changed so the fuse and switch are now safely on the hot lead where they should be. The power knob has a small chip in it.
