Here's an 18" Roto tom. I needed it for one show and didn't have rail to mount it on so I used a clamp (included) so I could mount it to a cymbal stand and wrapped the screw in electrical tape to protect the threads. Never got around to getting a mounting rail and now I just don't see myself using it again. And it's just taking up space. So, here's where you come in! Ask me any questions before.
