 You are looking at two classic, quality Shure Brothers dynamic cardioid microphones from the 1980's that have been cleaned and tested. This is the earlier American made SM58 model that was factory set at low impedance. They both come with a period mic clips and the storage case shown.

 Pic # 2 shows an older SM58 data sheet with the mics basic characteristics.

Pic # 3 shows Donna Summers using one live during concert. This SM-58 was seen at just about every single venue during the 1970's and 80's and used by just about every musician you can think of. A go to mic with studio quality sound.

 The Low Z setting makes this mic ideal for general broadcasting and singing. The SM-58 has a very warm, smooth tone with a decent amount of bass. Excellent uni-directional characteristics as well. These mics are built like tanks and properly taken care of there is no reason this mic can't last 100 years. A real workhorse and one of the most rugged Shure mics ever built.

  Both mics have 100% output with zero issues and the XLR pins were cleaned for a perfect connection once the XLR cables are attached though no cables are provided. The SM58 is all metal design with  a stock painted finish.

 As you can see there are typical lite signs of wear on the painted handle. Just lite scuff marks and scratches but no fractures or corrosion. One mic is slightly better looking than the other but these are both great looking mics. The front grills look really nice with zero dents, tarnish or odors. The Shure labels look very nice and completely legible. The inner foam insert / pop filters are in excellent condition and have been replaced as the originals were both shot. I  replace these as the older ones are usually in rough and degraded condition. It helps greatly with acoustics and prevents the dreaded "pops" from breathing or windy conditions.

 One microphone is a very conservative 7 + on a scale of 1 - 10 physically speaking while the other is a true 8. The real beauty of this mic is the sound it produces. Hook these up and you are ready for any live event.

 The original Shure A-25 model mic clips are included and just as nice as the mics. They provide a good amount of tilt up and down and it will screw onto any desk or floor stand.

 The beautiful vintage case is included as well in which to store your items. The case has a practical carrying handle and locking mechanism. It has the nice cinnamon brown vinyl exterior that's in gorgeous condition. I added two new foam inner pads to keep the mic safe and snug. It's a very rugged design and compliments the mic nicely. Plenty of room inside for both mics and it's a great accessory to have to keep these items safe from damage. Case is appx 10 inches wide X 7 1/2 inches deep X 3 inches tall. 

   If you demand two excellent working SM-58's to use frequently...these are your mics.
