This is a 1984 Tokai 'Jazz Sound' Jazz bass.
This bass plays and sounds great, the frets still have some life in them but they are quite low, which gives it a low action. The finish has some dings and scratches which are expected on an instrument of this age. On the belly cut it looks like someone tried to mend the finish with epoxy or something (I'm not really sure but you can check the pictures). The headstock has a nicotine stain from someone placing their cigarette on the headstock while they were playing and the low E string tuner is slightly bent, however this does not effect its functionality.
