The Yamaha CP-30 is an electronic piano that was first released in 1978. Beloved of musicians like Christine McVie (Fleetwood Mac) and Dr John. It doesn't really sound like an acoustic piano but has a unique sound all of its own. There are four presets - Piano 1, 2, 3 and Harpsichord.
This example is in very good condition as you can see from the photos. We have tested it operationally and all keys are working along with switches and pots. As expected with a keyboard of this vintage the output audio is a little bit noisy but entirely usable (I just used it on a recording session). A decent tech could probably replace a few capacitors and reduce the noise floor a bit more. We just don't have the time.
This is a very heavy keyboard (58kg) so would need to be picked up from our studio in Glasgow. If a buyer wants it shipped then it would be up to the buyer to organise the shipping. It won't be cheap ;)
