This is a refurbished instrument from MIRC (Musical Instrument Reclamation Corporation). MIRC buys instruments from the factory that for whatever reason don't make the cut to be sold as new. This guitar has some tiny scratches that the camera won't pick up. The serial number is changed and "Used" stamped on the back of the headstock per their agreement with Kramer. It's like getting a brand new professionally set up guitar at a great price.
