Here's a vintage restoration guitar and a great example of turning an unfortunate situation into something really great. This guitar has a curve in the neck making it unplayable with a standard set-up, so I raised the nut and bridge and tuned it to open E and we now have a great slide guitar that would make George Thorogood fall in love. The mini humbuckers are smooth and will give just enough grit with overdrive for the classic slide rockin' tones. The body resonates very nicely. She's really turned out to be an impressive player. Now it's time for you to fall in love with playing slide, too. And you'll look super cool doing it with this vintage guitar.
