Hello! This is a Intech Studios EN16 Grid Module. This has 16 velocity sensitive incremental encoders with infinite rotation and mappable push functionality. This is in mint shape. Priced low, a new unit + shipping to the US is $ 197.40 per the site when I just checked.

This comes with the unit only, no cable or other accessories are supplied. It uses a standard USB C cable and can work as a standalone control or snap together magnetically with other units. The software to run it is available on the manufacturer's website.
