Up for grabs is a NOT working / For Repair / For parts / AS IS used Boss OS-2 Overdrive / Distortion CIRCUIT BOARD with circuit board components and INPUT, OUTPUT, & power jacks (NO: casing, LED, switch, bottom plate, knobs, nuts washers, screws & missing some wires) from around 2007.

Selling this item AS IS, FOR REPAIR / FOR PARTS, NOT WORKING, FINAL SALE.

• The circuit board has through hole compoments. "Older" designed circuit board and ""older" style components. By "older" I'm not necessarily meaning vintage.
• Therefore - this style circuit board and circuit board components and other parts are desireable for people who like to repair pedals and / or who like to modify effect pedals and/ or for people who want to use certain components for other projects

NOTE: I'm not sure how BOSS has been recently (meaning the past few years) or currently (meaning nowadays) designing the OS-2 circuit board. I know that a couple of years ago - BOSS has been made changes to how their pedals are manufactured (esp the circuit boards on many compact sized pedals). Most recent / current BOSS circuitboards have NON through hole components and most everything on the circuit board nowadays are very tiny. And nowadays "older style" components are hardly being used - which makes it very difficult to work effect pedals / effect pedal circuit boards when issues happen and / or when modifications want to be done to them.

• For people who like to repair pedals and / or who like to modify effect pedals this is not a good thing.

NOTES:

• I have some original BOSS nuts & washers for the controls and some original BOSS nuts, washers, & locking washers for the INPUT and OUTPUT jacks that I can include for a fair price. Please message me for info, pictures, and price.
• I do NOT have the casing. 
• I do NOT have the original bottom plate. But on hand available for sale (additional cost) - I do have a few pre-owned BOSS bottom plates (probably missing the bottom label) that will fit the casing (CASING NOT included).
• I do NOT have the original screw for attaching the bottom plate to the casing. But - on hand available for sale (additional cost) - I have a set on screws that wil fit (same size / same stype / same color).
• I do NOT have the original knobs.  Unfortunately I do NOT have any extra knobs on hand.

Cosmetic condition: Mostly clean. Light aging. Minor imperfections. SEE pictures

I'm not sure if any of the components need to be replaced.

Overall - the traces & holes on the circuit board look fine- but I am not sure it they have any issues.

Controls:

• Level, Tone, Drive, and Color
• Value of the pots marked on the upper side(same order as above: A50K, W20K, A250K, B20K.
• The left side of the pots have the following markings as well (same order as above): 8I4, 8J3, 8J3, 8J3 (not sure what these digits mean)
• they are marked TAIWAN ALPHA
• Not sure whether or not the pots are scratchy or if they are clean. Right before I listed this item - I did put Deox-IT contact cleaner in the pots. But since this item is not a complete pedal & some necessary parts are not connected to it to test it out - I was about to test it out to hear whether or not the pots are clean or if they are scratchy (just being honest).

Jacks:

• INPUT (most of the wires are attached on it and to the areas on the circuit board)
• OUTPUT (not attached - has one wire - you'll need other wires to make connections - other wires NOT included)
• Power (attached on the circuit board)
