Handcrafted in Oxnard, California from 100% North American Hard Rock Maple. The Performance Series utilizes DW’s legendary shell construction and drum hardware to perform night after night.

All Performance Series shells are built with DW’s patented HVX technique, which features 100% Maple plies with grains oriented in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal patterns for low, punchy fundamentals.

HVX shells are precision-cut with 45-degree (toms) and 60-degree (bass and snare) edges. These edges provide tonality and sustain from your toms, and depth and punch from your bass and snare.
